Sola - Starting this Sunday we will embark on our sermon series covering the "5 Solas" of the Reformation. The word "sola" comes from Latin and means "alone". These 5 statements listed below were the theological truths that Protestant Reformation was built around, as they attempted to return the church to its Biblical roots.
- Sola Scriptura (Scripture alone) - this Sunday
- Sola Gratia (Grace alone)
- Sola Fide (Faith alone)
- Solus Christus (Christ alone)
- Soli Deo Gloria (Glory to God alone).
Sunday Nights - Starting this Sunday we will be walking through the book of Mark on Sunday nights in our worship service.
Spring Cleaning (Church Style) - We are planning a spring cleaning here at the church building on March 3rd, starting at 9:00am. There are 2 requests connected to this...
- If your ministry or committee has anything stored in a church closet, you will need to be here March 3rd if you want to keep it. We will be getting rid of things that have not been used in several years.
- We need lots of volunteers to help out on March 3rd, starting at 9:00am!!!
