How important is worship in the life of a Christian?

This was a powerful message! I believe most belivers fail to worship even on Sunday morning. Why? For the very reasons indicated in the sermon scripture passages (Heb 12:28 & Jn 4:23-24).
This begs the questions as to why our "worship" may not be acceptable or why we do not always worship "in spirit and in truth". Each believer would have to answer these questions for themselves.
My thoughts:
If we really know and believe who God really is, then how can we NOT worship Him every day and hour---and not just one hour on Sunday. There seems to be a culture that we do not talk about spiritual things except on Sunday morning. It has been my experience that when I bring up spiritual things or the Bible with believers, the conversation doesn't go anywhere.
